Founded in 1985 in Sabah, Minyak V.W Enterprise Sdn Bhd is among the few certified diesel companies holding both a PDA license and a bunkering license, as well as an export permit issued by the Ministry of International Trade Malaysia. These certifications grant the company the authority for unrestricted distribution of diesel. Over the years, the company has experienced remarkable growth in popularity and demand, earning strong interest from industrial players.

They realized the demand of the area of diesel and water in Sabah Water, and begin to work on setting up a company that provide well rounded service.
